Referral Bonuses
We are always looking for promising new hosts to join our team! If you’ve got a friend or family member that you think would do well as an official BIGO host, we will pay you for referring them to us for an audition! You do NOT need to be one of our hosts already for this bonus – if you refer someone good to us, you get paid, whether you’re on BIGO yourself or not.
When you successfully refer a new BIGO host to Own Your Destiny, you can choose between getting paid on BIGO in beans, to help you towards your monthly host goals, or we can pay you in cash (via Cash App). For every successful referral, we will pay you a percentage of our agency cut based on whatever bean tier your referral hits in their first full month as an official host. This means that the better your referral does as a host, the more we pay you for it – the more they earn, the more you earn!

Top 3 Broadcasting Hours Incentive for New Hosts
To encourage all of our new hosts to really put time into BIGO during those important first 2 months, we’re offering free beans to the 3 new hosts (any host within their first 2 months) in our agency who stream the highest number of hours each month! Hitting your bean goals can be tough during the beginning, so we offer this incentive to help jump-start our new hosts who are really putting the time in! Rewards are as follows:
#1 hours host: 5,000 beans
#2 hours host: 3,500 beans
#3 hours host: 1,500 beans
This incentive is always available for any host within their first 2 months!
Giveaways for Our Highest Earners
To show appreciation for our top hosts who consistently hit their tiers and put in the work in every month, we offer rewards and giveaways once per quarter! For our first one in January of 2021, we sent Amazon gift cards to our top 5 highest earners! Following this, we’ll be figuring out rewards for each new cycle – they could be gift cards, merch, gear to help improve your stream, or cash prizes!
Paid Coaching Sessions
There’s no better way for new hosts to learn the ropes of BIGO than to get help from veteran hosts, so we also offer paid coaching sessions that link up our most experienced and successful hosts with our new hosts to offer them advice and help them learn how to make BIGO work for them. For every 30-minute coaching session, we give the coach 1 Family Shield. Check out the “Coaching” channel on our Discord server to schedule yourself for a session! Make sure to specify what exactly you’d like to cover in the session so your coach can be best prepared to help you, and please remember to take a screenshot at the end of the session so we know it happened.
Need Help Hitting your Goals? Let us Know!!
We understand that hitting your minimum bean tier is difficult for the first few months, so we have a standing offer to help anyone who gets most of the way there on their own. If get to a point where you’re almost at your minimum 40k but it doesn’t seem like you’re quite going to get all the way there by the end of the month, let us know – we will gift you the remainder of what you need to make sure you get paid. This doesn’t just apply for new hosts either – whether you’re nearly at 40k or nearly at 1 million, it’s always a bummer to fall just short of your goal, so never hesitate to reach out to us if you don’t think you’re going to make it. We take these on a case-by-case basis, so we don’t have a hard threshold for what number of beans qualifies you for this, but if you’re putting in the time and making a real effort, we’re always willing to help.
